Shipping Policy
We use couriers for all of our orders, and items are sent subject to their policies.
We send out your item within 3 days of your order being confirmed and paid for, and will update you once that is done so that you are able to track the arrival of your awesome gear!
Return & Exchange Policy
KOCO endeavours to provide an accurate description of all its products and features. We have a sizing chart available and if we think that it is best to go up or down from your usual size this will be stated in the product description. Although we try our best, and as accurate as possible, sometimes, our anatomy has other plans.
If you receive your item, and want to exchange it, as long as it is in the same condition as it was given to you (e.g. you haven't done a sweaty workout and decided it isn't for you) then feel free to submit and online return request.
RETURNS:
1. Your return request must be submitted to us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. We will only accept the return of a product if it is in original sale condition e.g unworn, unwashed, with original tags/labels attached and in original packaging.
3. Please include a return card with your item.
4. Return costs are the responsbility of the buyer.
5. Once your item is received by us, and inspected we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it and if a credit/refund will be issued.
SALE ITEMS:
All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable if you change your mind. Chang of mind includes colour, size, price, fit or product design. This will also be included on your invoice.
FAULTY GOODS:
KOCO goes through a rigorous quality control, but sometimes we miss something. If you receive something faulty, get in touch straight away, we are happy to resolve that for you.
KOCO will always meet its obligations under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
